Crop Stop December Crafty Kit

Last month the Crop Stop Crafty Kit was filled with fun Doodlebug Christmas papers, to help us get a jump on Christmas cards and gifts! This month, the kit is filled with SEI papers in beautiful fall hues, perfect for scrapping Thanksgiving memories! Here is the scrapbook layout I made with the kit.

This is a photo of my mom's parents, taken probably in the 1940s. My grandparents were married December 27, 1909 and had 15 children! I look a lot like my grandmother, only not so...lumpy. LOL

This page was made with all products from the kit, except the following:

1. I used Old Lace Glimmer Mist to spritz the title and the paper flowers.

2. I used the Cricut Expression with the Storybook Cartridge to cut my title.

3. I also needed some extra dark brown paper for matting, and some cream for my journaling block.

4. I also used my computer and a free font called Highland Perk for my journaling. I printed the journaling out onto textured cardstock, with dark brown ink.

5. The inspiration for the page was a Becky Fleck Page Map.

nice job - the font for the title is perfect - I think your grandmother is curvier (is that a word?) than you
