ANNOUNCING...

Mackenzie Mae Card Kits! The amazing Pam from 365 Cards has just launched a wonderful new Card Kit. The kit contains a huge amount of Basic Grey Marrakech paper, plus a bit of Scenic Route Hampton paper. Not to mention yummy Bazzill cardstock and other embellies - even stamps!

As I told you the other day, Kristie and I were the first to get to design with the April Mac Mae Card Kit, and we were both blown away by the amount and quality of the contents! Check Kristie's blog to see her reveals. Here are a few of mine. (I made a TON of cards and tags, so keep checking back to see more!)

I love how this Stampin' Up stamp coordinates with the BG paper! I also added some Tim Holtz distress ink to the white flower to give it a bit of aged look.

See the scallop? It was originally a card made from Bazzill scallop paper, but I cut it apart so I could use it for several projects. I used a bit of the scallop edge, inked up with distress ink. I also attached some of the Jenni Bowlin pearl flowers to the top of a button to make a cool center for my flower.

Tip: I inked a piece of white scrap paper with blue distress ink so that the sentiment would not be such a stark white. (Stamp - Stampin' Up, Die cut - Cuttlebug)

This gift tag is only 3x3, but it looks huge on here! Sorry about that! (Embossing Folder: Cuttlebug)

As you can see, I love my Cuttlebug Embossing Folders! I also discovered I have a scallop blade for my Fiskars trimmer! It was hiding in a drawer and I totally forgot I had it. Yay me! Don't you love the yummy ribbon?!

Here is a "Gloria Tip" for you: the card kit comes with pre-cut and pre-scored Bazzill cardstock cards. I like to get the most from my Bazzill, so I make my card blanks from white cardstock, which I get at the office supply store. Then I cover the card blanks with textured cardstock or printed paper. That way, I not only stretch my supplies, but also, I have a white card on the inside, perfect for stamping a greeting or writing a note! Nothing frosts my backside more than trying to find a white pen to write a note in a dark card!

Make sure you check back for more samples! I have LOTS more!
