365 Cards - Oh Man!

Well, we had to make a boy card on Tuesday for 365 Cards. Today the challenge is to make a card for a man, and it must have an argyle pattern on it somewhere. The Cosmo Cricket paper pack being showcased today is Lil Man, and I happen to have some of that! So here is my card, using some Lil Man and a few bits of Girl Friday paper (the green strips).

You can see I embossed the airplane paper with a Cuttlebug argyle embossing folder. It turned out fantastic, if I say so myself.

The stamps are Stampin' Up and the cardstock is Bazzill.

This card also is for three challenges:

365 Cards - manly card, with argyle
CPS - Sketch #120
Allsorts - Challenge #5, use triangles (does argyle count?)

I really love using this stamp set, and hope my FIL likes it too...since this card is for him. Better get it in the mail!

Now, I must show my Lil Man. He was a bit bummed to see that the older kids got their photos on the blog, so now I have to put Jonah's photo on here too! He likes this one that we took in Hawaii at the volcano - because he said it looks like "smoke is coming out my head, Mom!". So here he is, my "little" 8.5 year old!
