365 Cards - Torendi Designs Week - Same but Different

The 365 Cards challenge for today is called "same but different." You are to use paper that is the SAME pattern, but in DIFFERENT colors. In my Torendi kit I got a sheet of the blue flowered paper and a sheet of the yellow. So this challenge was easy peasy!

I added some yellow Bazzill cardstock, red brads, a bit of red ribbon (left over from an old Creating Keepsakes card kit!), and a K&Company chipboard embellie from my stash. The red butterfly in the chipboard embellie was just the right punch for this muted card. Adding the brads and ribbon gave me three red objects and helps the eye flow down the card. (Boy, am I a graphic designer or what?!)

I love when I can shop in my stash for items (sometimes long forgotten items) that will match new kits or purchases! Happy accidents are so fun!
