365 Cards - Torendi Designs Week - Sketch

365 Cards has a sponsor this week! Torendi Designs! The DT got to play with the some items from the Joy Kit. I was pretty excited because the paper is Cosmo Cricket Earth Love! I've been wanting to see that up close and personal! So...here is the Sunday sketch Pam gave us to work with. And here is what I made:

The photo is a bit washed out looking - it is sometimes hard to get good photos here when the sun is so bright. (I know, tough problem to have!) The cardstock and printed paper is all from the Torendi kit, then I added some items from my stash: Kaiser droplets, Stampin' Up felt flower, Basic Grey brad, and felt letters (those are American Crafts I think - I lost the original packaging so am not sure).

I followed the sketch pretty well again this week. Sometimes I finish and think that my card looks nothing like the sketch...then other times it's an exact match. I guess sometimes I color inside the lines and sometimes I don't!

I really want to thank Pam for providing us with great sketches and challenges every day - and for rounding up sponsors for us. She not only finds sponsors for prize give-aways for the 365 Cards Blog readers, but also finds sponsors who graciously and generously give her items to pass on to the DT to play with! She's a great challenge hostess! And a special thanks this week to Torendi Designs!

As a bonus - I will be playing along at 365 Cards every day this week! woot woot! I know you are soooo happy about that! HA!
