365 Cards Day 310 - White Space Challenge

That Pam. She sure knows how to make me cry! The 365 Cards Challenge for Day 310 is a white space challenge! I think these are the HARDEST challenges for me. (It's so hard to CHEAT!) This is the sketch Pam gave me...and I am not to put any embellies or anything in the white space. Now, the card does not have be white, just "blank" in the white areas.

Well, we all know that I must BEND the rules as far as I can, and I have been known to BREAK them at times. You be the judge this time. Here is my offering for this challenge:

I made a dark brown card from Bazzill cardstock. Then I trimmed a sheet of Basic Grey urban couture paper to just smaller than the card. Using my Nestie oval dies, I cut an oval out of the center of the Basic Grey.

I dug around in my stash and found this YUMMY Close to My Heart printed vellum and used it to put in the oval. So it's blank...sorta...and white even. Right?! Plus I used BG and vellum that I'd had in my stash for a long time. Use it up, don't hoard...that's my motto...(and I have this lovely bridge to sell you....)!

I used these mulberry flowers to make a bouquet on my card. Some of these flowers I found at the craft store in the bridal dept. and some I got from CropStop. Love them! I used Kaisercraft pearls in the other three corners of the card. The greeting is SU.

My favorite part is the different damask patterns here. I really dig how this turned out. Still hate white space challenges though!
