CPC Sketch Tuesday #40

Before I show you my Christian Paper Crafts sketch for today, I have an announcement to make. I have been invited to create card sketches once per month for Practical Scrappers! So watch for those to appear starting in February. They will be DIFFERENT than the ones I make for CPC, so that's 2x the sketches! I've been playing along at Practical Scrappers challenge blog for a few months, and they have fun challenges and sketches. Super group of gals also. I'm very happy to be part of the blog!

Now, here is CPC Sketch Tuesday #40. This probably looks like 50% of my cards. I seem to use this layout as my "go to" when I am stuck for an idea.

Here is the card I made. I did flip the sketch. I did not want to cover up my snowman, so put the chipboard element on the other side. LOL

The paper is all from my January ASD kit (My Mind's Eye). I sprayed the chipboard snowflake with my "Gloria Mist." This mist is CTMH dutch blue re-inker and silver Pearl Ex, mixed with water.

I used the Martha Stewart icicle border punch instead of a scallop, and a SU tag punch. The stamp is also SU. The yummy button is Papertrey Ink. That 1" dotted ribbon was in my MOSD DT package. I've used up almost all of it and sure wish I had more!

That's it for today. Post your work to the CPC Gallery or MB so I can see what you've done! Use keywords CPCST40. Check back tomorrow for the My Lifetime Story Challenge #3.

  3. Love the sketch Gloria, but to be honest I'm struggling with it!! It has so many possibilities, I'm having a hard time choosing!! I guess I may be making not one card but a few!! :-0
