365 Cards Day 85 - {ippity} Week!

It's Day 85 at 365 Cards! And we have a fabbie sponsor this week! {ippity} Stamps! The DT got samples from the Simple Things set to play with. On top of having a sponsor, Pam gave us this challenge for today: Flora and Fauna - this refers specifically to plants and wildlife, so that's what your card should include. Here's the catch - they cannot be from the same source; for instance, they cannot be from the same stamp or on the same piece of patterned paper.

Is the girl getting mean or what?! Well, here is my card.

I used the {ippity} sentiment from the Simple Things set on the front. I stamped it, then cut it into strips. For my "flora" I put some paper roses on my card. For "fauna" I used this cute paper from SEI. I guess the little girl is also "fauna." Some kids are "wildlife" right?! She's an image from My Favorite Things.

I colored my image with Copics. I have a list of Copics that I'd love to buy, but have been holding off spending the money. But, I so need more colors! Honest...33 colors is NOT enough! Esp. when I bought so many for coloring skin and hair. What was I thinking?!

Anyway, I used another {ippity} stamp (from the Devoted set) on the inside of my card.
