CPC Wednesday CASE Artist!

I have been chosen as the CASE Artist at Christian Paper Crafts today! Each week Jan picks someone's gallery and CASE's a project or idea. She does a nice little write up, plus Taylor adds to the write-up. If you go over there and read what they had to say about me...I'm pretty amazing I guess! {giggle} Those girls are WAY too KIND! I am not nearly as great as they make me out to be! I was reading with my jaw on the floor. I only pray I can live up to their lovely words!

I've been mucking about with CPC for a couple of years now. I think when Patter Cross closed down her challenge blog (I was on her team for a while) she directed me to CPC and the rest is history. I've been doing sketches for them since the end of 2009, and I was doing some other DT work for them up until recently, when I got so busy. I try to keep my hand in on the Message Board by telling what I know, no matter if anyone wants to read it or not! {grin}

If you are looking for a safe place to play in challenges, chat, share your faith, grow your faith, and more, check out CPC. It's a nice community of folks! There are not only paper craft challenges, but Bible Studies, and just plain old chatting.

In honor of being chosen as the CASE Artist I thought I'd share my favorite sketch and card from the past. I chose Sketch #97. It's simple, but has a lot of layers. Is clean, but has the option to "junk it up"!

This was my sample card for Sketch #97.

I had just purchased these lovely My Mind's Eye papers and those yummy Prima flowers, plus I think the Our Daily Bread Designs stamps were NEW. I really love this card, especially how all of the prints just came together. I love me some printed paper!

I hope you enjoy playing along this week. For those of you not able to access the CPC Gallery, feel free to poke around here on my blog and CASE something! Have a blessed...and groovy...day!
