Flourishes and Spellbinders Blog Hop!

Welcome to the joint Flourishes and Spellbinders Blog Hop! The Spellbinders team is joining forces with our Preferred Partner Flourishes today to show off stamps that coordinate with Spellbinders™ die templates!

After much upset due to the Blogger "issue" I'm able to post! I was so excited about this first Hop as part of the NEW 2011 Spellbinders DT, and then...poof! My post went...well...postal! But here it is! All for you, constant reader! {high five}

We don’t need to tell you that tags and labels are two of the trendiest items to hit the card making market in a long time! And, to help you add style and pizazz to your creations, Flourishes has teamed up with Spellbinders Paper Arts to make sure you have the perfect set of stamps to match a darling set of tag style dies. Wonderfully whimsical and reminiscent of Grandma’s calico prints, Flourishes “charming” set offers three labels that coordinate perfectly with Spellbinders Grommet Tags (S4-322). Designed by Becky Fleck, you'll also find 6 beautiful sentiments and 4 accent stamps to dress up your labels!

Pair that with Flourishes Country Charm Borders and you have the perfect set to make darling note cards in minutes. Flourishes coordinating Country Charm Borders set features five border strips that match the labels set to a tee. What fun!

Because Flourishes knew this set was a match made in heaven with Spellbinder's Grommet Tags, both design teams are joining forces for a fun-filled show and tell blog hop! Make sure to hop on over and see....

Remember, some of the gals are having issues with Blogger, so if the blog post does not show up, check back! You do NOT want to miss any of the fun!

Here is my card. As luck would have it, I do not own the Grommet Tags set, I had to get creative with my design!

I stamped one of the sentiments from the Country Charm Labels set, then cut and embossed it with the Spellbinders Classic Ovals Small (S4-112) die template. I also cut an oval with the Lacey Ovals (S4-314) template. I made some "ribbon" tails out of paper using the Nested Lacey Pennants (S5-029) template.

I stamped the Country Charm Borders buttons stamps onto some kraft cardstock, then I tied on some actual buttons! I also tied some floss through the button holes of the stamped buttons. Super cool, right?!

That fabbie paper is from Fancy Pants, from the It's the Little Things line. All the cardstock is Bazzill Smoothies. Both of these amazing companies are Cross Promotional Partners with Spellbinders.

Keep in mind, if you like what you see, both the Country Charms Labels and Country Charms Borders are available now -- just click the links to shop! Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping!
