My friend Rose (My Happy Place) is on the DT for a NEW challenge blog, called Seize the Birthday. They are having a little linky party to kick things off, and I thought I'd play along.
The challenges will revolve around using sketches to create cards - first a feminine card, then a masculine card with the same sketch. Since I love sketches and like to create cards, and always NEED masculine cards, I think this is a GREAT challenge blog idea!
The linky party did not require me to use a sketch nor to create a brand new card, so I pulled a two cards from my stash - a feminine one and a masculine one.
This is a good one for spring. I love the colors I chose and think I was having a very good Copic day as well. {grin}
I made this one for my son when he turned 12 in August. This is a digi image, but I colored him with Copics. My son is tall, skinny, and wears glasses, and he did have shaggy hair, but he went back to a buzz cut. He told me he could save 30 minutes a day if he did not have to fix his hair!
I wish Rose and the Seize the Birthday crew all the best with their new venture! I am looking forward to the sketches, which start in January!
