HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving;
Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.   Psalm 95:2

I hope that all of you are having a happy celebration today with friends and family. Maybe some of you are serving others less fortunate on this day of prayer and thanks, which brings it's own joy. Maybe some of you are alone or ill or grieving today. {I know a lot about grief, believe me!} Maybe some of you are surrounded with loved ones. Maybe some of you are like me, missing those who have passed on from this life. I give you this: thankfulness is a state of mind and a way of being. You can praise God and be thankful for his Saving Grace no matter where you are, what you eat, or who you have (or don't have) as companions today. You are never alone. Never. Cry out to Him Who Saves, and give Him your thanks today. May God bless each of you! My His love surround you and comfort you. May your heart sing with joy and thanksgiving!

Here are a few cards for you look at while you eat pie or turkey or...salad...just pretend that each card is for YOU, dear Reader! Relax! Enjoy!

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God
in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

And now, a bonus hug for anyone who can guess my FAVORITE Thanksgiving image...

And a little gift for you..

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. (Colossians 3:15-17)
