The Birds and Blooms Collection comes with two sets of dies, which coordinate with papers and six stamp sets allowing you to add realistic blossoms, branches and birds to your artwork. Shades of cherry blossom pink, robin's egg blue, and soft leafy green fill sunny garden scenes featuring bluebirds, blooming branches, picket fences, bird baths, bird houses, butterflies and frilly hydrangeas.
I created a card that is FAR outside my comfort zone I am not good with "white space" and prefer to use loads of printed papers. Well, I decided to give a more "simple" card a try!
This "simple" card was so difficult! I ended up tossing several versions in the trash! In the end, I embraced the white paper and left well enough alone! I stamped and embossed the Birds and Blooms Collage with watermark ink and blue embossing powder. Simple and pretty!

I created a 3-D birdie cluster by stamping and coloring the elements from the Birds and Blooms Cling Stamp Set and the Leafy Branch Cling Stamp Set. I used the coordinating Birds and Blooms and Leafy Branch dies to trim out each element. I love the tiny blossoms and chubby birdies!
Since this collection does not have a matching butterfly die, I fussy cut the large butterfly and popped it off the card.
Of course I must decorate the inside a bit. I used paper from the Birds and Blooms Paper Collection. Make sure to visit the Heartfelt Creations Blog to see what the rest of the team has made!
