365 Cards - Cutting Cafe Week - Imagine This

The challenge for today at 365 Cards it to use a watermelon image, or watermelon-y colors. Since it's still The Cutting Cafe Week, I used the watermelon image provided to the DT.

I printed the image out on several colors of paper, and then cut out the watermelon sections and attached them to a base image. I used the DCWV Nana's Nursery Baby Girl paper pad. I used some kraft paper for the card, and a Martha Stewart border punch so you can see some of the printed paper peeking out the bottom. I edged the base image with some red chalk ink.

I punched the flowers out of some scrap paper using a Stampin' Up punch. Then I used glue dots to attach the tiny yellow buttons.

This card is very plain, for me. Not my normal style. But...it turned out ok. Thanks for looking!
