The papers are Close to My Heart. The stamps...well I used a LOT of stamps. I won't name them all. If you see one you need to have, email me and I'll check the manufacturer for you!
I used a Tim Holtz technique, with distress inks to make the tag. I also stamped on the mini domino with Staz-On ink. The chipboard element is from Tattered Angels. And yes, I misted it with my handmade glimmer mist.
I also used some fibers I found in my stash...mostly Basic Grey. And some charms I've had for dog's years.
