Special Sunday Reveal

It's a beautiful Sunday here in So. Cal. I'm late posting today as we have church and sometimes it goes long. But I wanted to pop on here before I grabbed lunch to show you two cards. First up is the Sketch for 365 Cards. This was a tough sketch for me. Really outside my comfort zone! I also chose papers that are way out of my box! I got these in a paper kit a long time ago, and they've just sat there, staring at me. So, I finally put them to use.

This ribbon is some of my favorite ribbon. I buy yards of it every time Michael's has a sale!

The little stamp is Stampin' Up and I cut the mini tag with my Sizzix. It's an old die, but is very useful.

The paper here is from Tinkering Ink (pink) and Little Yellow Bicycle.

This next card is a special Triple the Sketch project. The DT received some amazing stamps from Pink Persimmon to work with this week, but in addition to the stamps for our DT spot, we all received extra sets, just for our own use! Pink Persimmon outdid themselves to be generous to the DT! So, we all made extra cards to say THANK YOU! One of my stamp sets was the Swirl Journal Stamp. This is a fantastic stamp set. Here is the card I made.

This card is more my style! I used the Graphic 45 Paper. I wish I had a truck load of that paper. I'll be very sad when I run out of it. Every time I visit my LSS I pick up a few more sheets!

The background paper is very old Close to My Heart. I have a stash of papers that I call "French" and this is one I found in that bin. The fleur-de-lis is part of the Pink Persimmon set. I have to say these stamps give amazing impressions. Sometimes acrylic stamps do not, but these are fabulous!

I also used an Inkadinkado stamp (aspire to be) across the printed paper, and a SU thanks stamp. This is my favorite font!

So that's my Sunday reveal. Have a great day!
