Welcome to DAY 4 of the Power Poppy 2020 Christmas stamp release! Make sure you visit the Power Poppy Blog for ALL the details!
The set we are showcasing today is called Let it Glow: Sentiments.
This set is a sentiment and accent set, which...let's face it...who doesn't love more sentiments?! I love to buy sentiment sets to use with existing stamp images!
I chose to use the image from the Mossy Pots with Paperwhites: Accent Pieces digital set along with the sentiment from the Let it Glow set.I like to make Christmas cards that are flat and easy to mail with just one postage stamp. This card fits the bill 100%!
I made a card base from cream cardstock, measuring 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I layered up some Authentique Paper Christmas prints to create lots of holiday fun!
I colored the image with Copic markers, then I recolored the baubles with a clear glitter pen. I used some distress inks to sponge the edge of the circle while it was still inside the die. I think this set of stitched dies is from My Favorite Things.

A few sequins finish off the card.
The "swoopy" edge on the red cardstock and printed paper was created with a die from My Favorite Things.

You can see that this is a low profile card and will go through the mail without a problem!

Beautiful card, Gloria!
